Leafstone
is operated by husband and wife team David Munson and Tracy
Peddicord. They are united by a vision of creating ecologically
responsive, site specific, visually engaging landscapes.
They wish to provide their clients with extended living
space and sanctuary for local birds, bees, and butterflies.
A
lifelong enthusiast of architecture and gardening, Tracy
Peddicord enjoys the challenge of
applying these interests in the field of garden design. |
She
graduated with honors from the landscape architecture
department at UCDavis. She
has worked as a draftsman and freelance garden designer
for numerous residential projects, and commercial landscapes.
Tracy envisions landscapes which are productive, vital,
beautiful, and relevant.
David
Munson has been building landcapes for 25 years. He
is passionate about working with stone and wood, as well as living
material. |
His
15 year experience as a paving contractor provided him with
practical knowledge of grading and forming.
As a landscape contractor he manages the installation of
Leafstone designs and continually pursues creative, ecologically
sound solutions for his clients’ landscapes. He is
dedicated to providing habitat for wildlife, incorporating
edibles and native plants, conserving water use in the landscape,
and repairing the environmental impact that follows with
any new construction project. |
